Did you know that the Chinese Kitchen is specialized in vegan friendly dishes? Because of Buddhism, lots of Chinese are eating vegan dishes.
This workshop will be led by Xinyu from Zhucook.nl. She will tell you all about the authentic Chinese ingredients and teach you how to make Chinese dumplings and more vegan Sichuan dishes.
Also, she’ll talk a bit about the Chinese Vegan culture.
Xinyu is originally from Chengdu, Sichuan.
