Route 66 was one of the original highways in the U.S. highway system. US 66 was established on November 11, 1926. The highway, which became one of the most famous roads in the United States, originally ran from Chicago, Illinois, through Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona before terminating in Santa Monica in Los Angeles County, California, covering a total of 2,448 miles (3,940 km).

Vegan cooking workshop at FOAM The Kitchen = learning, eating and meeting

A staggering number of Americans take road trips every summer and route 66 has got a surprising number of must-stop food spots along the way. During this workshop we will teach you how to make the most popular dishes of this route. How about a peach cobbler? Sizzling fajitas, pulled jackfruit BBQ sliders and Buffalo cauliflower bites?

During this vegan all American cooking workshop our chefs will take you a food-trip along the classic all American recipes and will tell you all about the history of these recipes.

We’d love to welcome you to our beautiful cooking studio in the centre of The Hague.

We’ll cook up to 18 recipes together this evening and after all the cooking we’ll have an amazing dinner to share together. You are more than welcome to have a nice glass of wine or a cold beer to go along with the food.
