Anyone who has ever been to Asia knows this; you eat the most delicious food at the small restaurants along the road. For ice-cold (or secretly often lukewarm) beers, fresh salads, fruit shakes, roasted dishes and the best vegetable dishes you often pay a small amount and get ‘fingerlicking’ good food. Vegan cooking workshop Asian streetfood at FOAM The Kitchen

We are going to make many delicious dishes this evening and after the all the cooking you’ll eat them together with your fellow students. Of course with a (cold!) beer, a good glass of wine or another tasty drink.

We would like to welcome you at 5.30 PM with coffee, tea and herbal water and we’ll all introduce ourselves. 

Depending on the number of participants, we make 10-16 recipes together.

At the beginning of the evening, our chefs will explain a number of ingredients and tell you what we are going to make this evening. We will make delicious homemade dumplings, a delicious mango-chocolate mousse and Indian kebabs to name a few. Of course everything is 100% vegan.

Price per person: € 79,95 including VAT and drinks.

Bring an empty Tupperware container to the workshop so that you can take the leftover food home with you.
